Seriously, I'm not quite in the mood for a Portuguese thing. Portuguese is a beautiful language, most of the time, but English is so practical and simple, and its the only language - besides Portuguese, dã - that I can write easily.
To speak other languages is just wonderful. You free your mind with a new vocabulary, give your thoughts a chance to find the right sound to express what you're thinking. I say that because sometimes we just can't find the right word to give a thought, ilustrate it. Our mind works so much quicker than the words can describe. And sometimes I just cannot find the right word in portuguese, but I find it in English.
I'm not saying that one language has more words than the other, but sometimes the portuguese word is just not enough, and vice versa.
Anyway, english is my passion, I can't survive a day without saying a "hello" or sing a song in english. I do that to myself, of course, otherwise people will think I'm insane or that I'm trying to prove everyone that I know how to speak english bla bla bla blablah.
My other language passion - see, it's much better than "minha outra paixão por língua" ou "a outra língua que sou apaixonada" - is french. I know what you may say, that french is too “meloso” - can I call it "sappy"? dont really know the right word - or that it's too difficult, or even that it's not as beautiful as everyone say it is. Well, I think it is. But I just can't speak french. It is hard for me to learn it cause I'm not as used to listen french music or watching french movies, like I do with english.
The other language I must - not just want to - learn is Spanish. Living in Latin America means "to have to speak spanish". I cannot communicate with my LATINOS neighbors with PORTUNHOL, it's just too weird and embarrassing.
So here I am, trying to speak as many languages as it is possible, going from english to french and spanish, and next will be german, I think. Or maybe chinese? Japonese? Any sugestions?!
Well, hope I haven't made a lot of mistakes. It would be really nice if you, that is reading this, leave me a comment with whichever language you choose. "Thank you all and good night!" :D
It’s wonderful how you are easily expressing yourself in English. I think it’s a great Language to tell about thoughts and images too. It’s a “sound full” Language. You could write texts like that one here - and put in a book, because it looks like a comic copy. When I try to speak in English, it’s very different, it’s like when someone different of me is thinking for me. It’s funny! But…I liked your text! Good week!
ResponderExcluirAch, ich liebe alle sprachen!
ResponderExcluirPortuguês é rico e bonito, english is practical and easy, deutsch ist serh toll und eindruckvoll, español es feo pero útil.
Daí algumas que não sei como escrever: francês é bonito, janponês é legal e exótico.
Se eu pudesse aprendia uma língua diferente todo ano hahah
Auf wiedersehen!
nossa, portunhol é tenso mesmo.. me lembra que eu preciso aprender a me comunicar decentemente com os latinos também.
